The location is incredible, right on the beach with great access to bike rentals and live music at the Tiki Hut. The pool area could use more seating and better maintenance. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is excellent, right by the beach. Live music at the Tiki Hut is fun. Rooms can be noisy due to thin walls. Pool was nice but needed better maintenance.

The beach was right there and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool and playing table tennis, the staff helped us with everything and gave us beach towels every time we needed them.
It wasn’t inexpensive but we got good value for what we paid.

Beautiful location. Stellar beach access. Spacious room with a pleasant view, despite being labeled a courtyard. Staff was generally accommodating, particularly the pool crew, who provided headphones for movie viewing. issues arose—persistent hot water problems plagued our stay. Maintenance was prompt, but two days without proper water isn’t acceptable for a premium price. Bathroom renovations are overdue; the discrepancies in the advertised room versus reality were disappointing. Ants by the pool were frustrating. Front desk staff could enhance their friendliness. While the overall experience was enjoyable, improvements in maintenance and room standards are necessary to justify the rate. I’d consider returning, but only under certain assurances.

The bathroom, however, fell short; the cleanliness was questionable with peeling doors and rusted fixtures. The shower was not easily accessible, especially for shorter guests. While the facility was typically quiet, noise from the nearby Tiki bar made relaxation challenging during the day. Staff were welcoming and accommodating, even allowing early check-in. Free parking was a plus, and easy access to the beach was great. The surrounding atmosphere was lively, appealing to those who enjoy a vibrant vibe.

Being just a few steps from Coligny Beach Park was a game changer for our family weekend; we loved how easily we could stroll to the sandy shores and soak in the sunrise every morning, not to mention the plethora of restaurants like Crave by Daniel's and Frosty Frog that were within a short walk of the hotel. The room was large and bright, and we felt at home with the amenities onsite. However, the pool could use more attention in terms of cleanliness.

I was really frustrated when I found the floors in our room were super dirty. My granddaughter's feet were filthy within minutes! Plus, there was water everywhere from the AC, making it a real hassle to move our bags around.

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with easy access to chairs. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel pleasant. the room was smaller than expected and damp; a broken heater left us feeling uncomfortable. We had maintenance issues with hot water and a door that felt insecure. Despite the hiccups, they were attentive and promptly addressed our concerns, even comping the resort fee. Still, it was tough to relax with mold under the window and a noisy atmosphere. A bit more attention to room details would go a long way.

The Tiki Bar wings are downright addictive. The location near the beach, restaurants and shops is perfect for grabbing snacks and enjoying the vibe.
The public access made it hard to find a quiet spot.

The beach access was incredible and so convenient! Our room was spacious, and the staff was super friendly and quick to help. We loved the live music by the pool while we enjoyed a movie night, making it a perfect evening vibe!

Located right on the beach, with a beachfront restaurant and bar. Close to various restaurants and shopping spots, making it convenient. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and attentive parking lot attendants added to a pleasant stay during our romantic getaway.
The hot tub was cold, and the AC had a minor issue one night. Although the free breakfast was average, the lack of soundproofing in the windows prevented us from fully enjoying the ocean waves or music.

So, we recently stayed at Beach House and had a mixed experience to share. Let's start with the positives - the proximity to the beach was fantastic! Waking up to the incredible sunrise views made our mornings even better. The beds were super comfy, and the room was spotlessly clean, which we loved. Now, onto the not-so-great parts. Sadly, we had issues with the hot water due to a leak, which left us without it for a day. The maintenance fix took longer than expected, possibly due to island time vibes. The rooms and bathrooms felt a bit dated compared to the glossy website photos. The hallways were dark, and the ceilings felt low, making the overall ambiance a bit gloomy. Despite the challenges, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kept us updated on the water situation and even offered us a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill. The amenities and beach vibe of the hotel were top-notch, which we appreciated. In terms of improvements, it would be great to see some upgrades in the rooms and bathrooms to match the beachfront location. adding more lighting in the hallways could brighten up the atmosphere a bit. Beach House offered a mixed bag of experiences - from great sunrise views and comfy beds to dated interiors and maintenance issues. the friendly staff and beachside location did leave a positive impression.

My friends and I had an epic time with front row seats to Tiki Hut's legendary live music lineup! From oceanfront views to boutique vibes, we had the best of both worlds - dancing in the renovated ballroom and soaking up seaside serenity.
Adding a beach bonfire pit would make the nights even more lit for us party-loving teens! .

we had a great time staying at beach house resort. the location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance and right on the beach. the spacious room was perfect and the staff were attentive, making sure the room was clean and we had plenty of towels. the engineer promptly fixed our bathroom issue, and coligny square nearby made breakfast walks easy. we enjoyed the entertainment at the tiki hut, and the pool and grounds were well-maintained.

Our stay at a beach house in Hilton Head was an absolute blast! Julia at the front desk was amazing and upgraded our room without any hassle. The staff and facilities were top-notch, and we couldn't get enough of the stunning sunrises. The beautiful beaches were the highlight, and we already miss them dearly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and even included a free meal for one of our kids. The hotel had a great atmosphere and perfect location near Coligny Plaza. Both The Porch and The Tiki Hut offered fantastic food and live music all day long. We loved that we didn't have to leave the hotel and could simply relax by the pool, enjoy the beach, and take part in the various activities on-site. It was exactly the fun and beachy experience we were looking for, especially with our teenage kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
The parking situation. As a group of four adults with two vehicles, we were only allowed to park one car on the property.

Close to beach, comfortable beds, clean rooms, awesome staff, evening entertainment. Free fruit-infused water, proximity to live music and good food.

loved the clean rooms and how close bhr is to the beach and sea pines. got great movie channels! also, found a hidden spot for amazing sunsets. the staff were super friendly, and the tiki hut team was fantastic.
